Hi, I’m Sherry, the teacher behind Sherrypie Mandarin.

My Mandarin teaching journey began in 2021, when I helped international colleagues learn Chinese. What started as helping friends became a passion—and in 2023, I became a full-time Mandarin teacher.

I help learners of all ages build confidence through practical conversations, personalized guidance, and visual stories that make Chinese characters memorable.

For me, learning Chinese is about connection—to people, culture, and sometimes your own roots. Seeing my students grow in confidence is the most rewarding part of my work.
